CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Window and door manufacturer Jeld-Wen Holding, Inc. (NYSE:JELD) acquired Milliken Millwork, Inc., a Sterling Heights, Michigan provider of doors and related value-added services in the Midwest region of the United States.
Founded in 1953 and doing business as MMI Door, Milliken Millwork supplies distributors, dealers, and home centers with a broad product range of interior, exterior, and patio doors, and complete door systems and customized products. Milliken Millwork is expected to add $90 million in revenue to Jeld-Wen, which last year reported $3.7 billion in revenue. It is Jeld-Wen's tenth acquisition in two years.

MMI Door has operations in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

JELD-WEN has a long and valued history as a supplier of door products to MMI Door. MMI Door was privately held by third-generation family members of the founder. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
